History & People
The Story of Creatica GmbH
Creatica GmbH was founded in 2014 by Dr. Vadim Gorski and Marvin Röben with the shared vision of combining mathematical precision, technological innovation, and business insight to solve complex challenges in the energy market.
Dr. Vadim Gorski, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, brings deep expertise in energy market microstructure, mathematical optimization, and quantitative modeling. With a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and extensive experience at Assenagon, Siemens, and Quantego, Vadim bridges academic research with real-world applications in power trading and market design.
Marvin Röben, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, complements this with a strong background in strategy, IT management, and energy market operations. Having led and implemented complex projects at Siemens, Celonis, and Bragi, and holding a degree in Technology Management from TUM, he unites technical expertise with business acumen to drive Creatica’s strategic and operational success.
Together, Vadim and Marvin have shaped Creatica into a Munich-based, self-funded company with a team of 25 professionals, dedicated to creating cutting-edge digital and analytical solutions for the energy sector.
